One Nation under CCTV

One Nation under CCTV, originally uploaded by naughton321.

A snap I took the other day – not so much the quality of the pic as the magnificence of Banksy, who is, in my opinion, one of the most interesting artists around today.

I spent a few days messing about with a lightbox a couple of years ago. It was great fun – laying stuff out and seeing what I could make out of it. Kiwis, I thought, were particularly interesting.

I also had success with tomatoes – see here for a tomato shot.

Another Tate, originally uploaded by naughton321.

One of my favourite buildings in London – the Tate Modern. The original building was Bankside Power Station and was designed by Giles Gilbert Scott, who also designed Battersea Power Station and the famous red telephone box.
